Founders Press takes as its theological framework The Abstract of Principles and The Second London Baptist Confession of Faith. Authors are not required to have full subscription to these confessions, but Founders Press will not publish manuscripts that are contrary to the confessions.

 About Founders Press

Book Proposal

To submit a book proposal, please send us the following, and you can expect to hear back from us within 100 days:
  • Cover Letter & (3) Recommendations
  • Completed Author Information Form
  • Prospectus, including an outline or Table of Contents (TOC), sample chapters, estimated number of words

Manuscript

To submit a manuscript of a book or article, please send us the following, and you can expect to hear back from us within 100 days:
  • Cover Letter & (3) Recommendations
  • Completed Author Information Form (.DOCX)
  • Manuscript (see Founders Press Style Guide)

When Sending Your Manuscript or Book Proposal
  • Manuscripts or book proposals submitted that are not in accordance with the Founders Style Guide will not be accepted.
  • Please send a digital file as a Word document (.doc or .docx) and also a PDF file. We will not consider or accept manuscripts or book proposals that are not in digital format.
  • You can send your digital files as email attachments (including the cover letter and completed Author Information Form). We will not accept manuscripts or book proposals sent as email text or fax.
  • We will try to respond to all submissions as quickly as we are able. If you have not heard from us within 100 days, please contact us to inquire about its status.
