Refund policy
Digital Downloads
Digital products, including eBooks, audiobooks, and other digital downloads, are not returnable unless otherwise noted.
Books
Individual Orders
Printed books may be returned by individuals for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact officeadmin@founders.org to obtain return authorization.
Returned items must:
- Be in saleable condition (undamaged and, if shrink-wrapped, unopened).
- Include your order number and billing address.
- Be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Be published by Founders Press.
Returns that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Clearance and damaged books are not eligible for return.
Damaged Merchandise
Only damaged or defective merchandise may be returned or replaced. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, describing the damage and the number of affected books. During the claims process, you may be asked to provide photos of the damaged items.
Church & Distributor Orders
Church and distributor orders are non-returnable unless prior approval has been granted. If your order arrives damaged, contact officeadmin@founders.org within 60 days of receipt. Approved claims will receive a credit toward a future purchase.
Return Requirements
To help us process your return promptly:
- Include your order number and billing address.
- Package all returns carefully to prevent shipping damage.
- Do not return books that are not in saleable condition.
- Return only items published by Founders Press.
