The Doctrine of Christ

One of the greatest joys and responsibilities of fathers is to raise their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. A critical element of faithfully carrying out that task is daily, structured times of family worship. Sadly, this fundamental and life-giving habit has been forgotten in many quarters of the Christian tradition. I thank God for Kelsey's labors to produce this aid because I am sure it will be used by God to bring households back to the family altar. Not only is it a thorough treatment of the person and work of Christ, but it is written and arranged in such a way that any Christian family may use it to begin family worship without delay. Oh, what blessings are found in this precious practice!
