  • Having read Luke Griffo’s earlier work, The Beauty of the Binary: Male and Female Created He Them, I knew I was in for another fine read with Made To Be Glorious, but there were pleasant surprises. I thought it would be a book about delivering these benighted folks from sin; turns out, it was also one written to those in this sinful condition.

  • Griffo has rendered great service to the church with his timely book Made to be Glorious. In this much-needed work, Griffo rightly articulates the sinfulness of transgenderism and the redemption that can only be found in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Description

In a culture where questions of identity, embodiment, and meaning are deeply confused, this book offers a clear and compassionate biblical response. Luke Griffo addresses the realities surrounding transgenderism with theological seriousness and pastoral concern, calling readers to see both the goodness of God’s created order and the hope found in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Rather than reducing the subject to slogans or abstractions, the book engages real spiritual and moral questions—what it means to be made in God’s image, how sin distorts human identity, and how Christ restores what is broken. It speaks both to those personally wrestling with gender identity and to Christians seeking to respond with truth, clarity, and grace.

At its center is the gospel, showing that repentance and faith in Christ is the only true source of healing, forgiveness, and renewed life. Along the way, the author also equips the church to think carefully about discipleship, embodiment, and how to speak faithfully in a complex cultural moment.

Inside this book, you’ll find:

  • A biblical view of human identity and the created order
  • Teaching on being made in the image of God
  • A Biblical response to transgenderism
  • Guidance for repentance, faith, and Christian transformation
  • Insight into pastoral care and church engagement

Clear, direct, and pastoral in tone, this book equips both struggling readers and the church at large to respond to one of today’s most pressing issues with truth and compassion.
