Description

Dr. Vaughan's commentary on Galatians is a model of careful, respectful handling of the text. He packs a lot in a short space, surveying opinions and moving to the heart of the text. The including of references, at the end of sections, to particularly helpful sermons on the specific text by Spurgeon and Maclaren is a great feature of this work. This will be a helpful resource for pastors and bible study leaders. (Dr. Ray Van Neste) This study guide on Galatians was written by Dr. Curtis Vaughan (1924–2005) who served as Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Southwestern in 1950. He helped train thousands of pastors, missionaries, and church leaders through his writings and classroom instruction.

The Founders Study Guides aid believers who want to grow in their faith by simply explaining the core message and deeper truths of various books of the Bible. Relying on insights from trusted pastors and theologians, these accessible guides help readers grasp Scripture’s overarching meaning and purpose. They are helpful for personal, small group, or corporate study.
