Endorsements

  • Harrison and Walker offer a hard-hitting and thought-provoking rebuttal to critical race theory. It is not necessary to agree with them on every point to recognize that they show that what is often promoted as ‘anti-racism’ is in fact divisive and destructive.

Description

Many Christians are trying to navigate constant claims about ethnicity, justice, and “race” without a clear biblical framework. The result is often confusion, inconsistency, or the uncritical adoption of cultural categories that do not arise from Scripture. This work calls the church back to the sufficiency of God’s Word as the only reliable foundation for thinking rightly about human identity and unity in Christ.

It argues that all humanity shares one origin in Adam, that ethnic distinctions are real but never intended to be used as categories of superiority or division, and that the gospel forms one new people made up of every nation. From that foundation, it challenges modern ideological accounts of “race” and social justice that redefine these concepts in ways that conflict with biblical teaching. The aim throughout is to replace cultural noise with theological clarity rooted in Scripture.

In this book you will find:

• A biblical theology of human unity grounded in Adam and the image of God

• A careful critique of modern “race” categories and justice frameworks

• An explanation of biblical justice, partiality, and reconciliation in Christ

• A focus on the unity and identity of the church across ethnic distinctions

• Guidance for engaging cultural narratives with biblical conviction and clarity
